I really enjoyed attentive and top-class employees!

i ate at a really great restaurant for dinner.

The room we had was big size and huge with breakfast included and the staff was welcoming. The location of this incredibly beautiful hotel was incredible, within walking distance of several nice restaurants🙂

The breakfast we ordered was of a poor quality, it could be better.

The marvellous and beautiful location was next to Marco Walk Plaza. The room itself was freshly renovated, huge with a fantastic view and had the things we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially relaxing by the beach and soaking in the jacuzzi. The pool area was great for unwinding after a long day, with the sun loungers perfect for catching some rays. One minor hiccup was the slow service at the restaurant during peak hours, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 🌴

Reasonably spacious and updated rooms provided with a balcony, nice view. Magnificent, amazing location in Marco Island, short walk to offsite restaurants, umbrellas available and shops and dining.

Enjoying fine views from our ocean view room, we cherished every sunset. The attentive pool staff made our afternoons good, providing complimentary snacks. For dinner, don't miss the fantastic seafood dish at the on-site restaurant! Ideal for beach lovers.

The room was clean comfortable and had a lovely gulf view as requested.

After breakfast the waitress came after us asking us to pay for our breakfast for which we had already paid. We had to go get our booking confirmation to prove wed paid for it. All rather embarressing to say the least.

The large comfortable room exceeded my expectations, but my car was vandalized.

The spa was beautiful and it was just a short walk along a small bridge to the beach.

I wasn't made aware of the fact you had to pay $10 a day to park your car in their car park, their is nowhere else to park soci felt like it was just a way of getting a bit of extra money off guests. Also the hotel offered no free wifi which was dissapointing as I would have liked to havekept in touch with family a little more by email.

I liked the 10th floor, fabulous view of the gulf.

After spending that much money for not so special a room, Everything else had an additional cost to it. Didn't like paying $18.00 Per day for a beach umbrella. Didn't even use it more than 2 hrs. Didn't like paying 14.00 a day to park my car at a hotel i've already paid alot to stay in.

Enjoyable stay for a short interlude

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet, with a beautiful beach just steps away made our stay quite enjoyable, especially noting the courtesy of the reception area and the outdoor swimming pool.

Some amenities fell short, as our room wasn't cleaned timely.

Fantastic location and lovely beach although quite shelly. Sunset view from beach was beautiful. Ask for room on the side of the hotel where you can view the sunset as other side you can't. Rooms very spacious. Concierge very helpful in booking trips etc.

Having to pay $20 for umbrellas on the beach and told no wifi throughout hotel. Rooms near lift noisy. Double beds are small.

Paying for car park and for wi-fi.
